Central Drugs Compounding Pharmacy is hiring a top-tier Vitamin Specialist. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a growth role.

Your job is simple:

• Increase physical foot traffic

• Educate customers at an elite level

• Drive supplement sales through education

• Expand our wellness demographic

This role is for sales-driven, high-energy professionals who want to win.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers in-store through consultations,  publications and events

• Lead seminars and wellness activations that bring people into the pharmacy

• Drive supplement sales through education-based selling

• Create social media and marketing content that converts into foot traffic

• Take full ownership of wellness department growth

Requirements

• Knowledge of nutrition, vitamins and supplements

• Confident, competitive, and self-motivated

• Proven ability to drive sales and customer engagement

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Creative and Innovative 

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Occasional weekends as needed

• Competitive pay and benefits ($20 - $26+)
