The most valued and successful Shipping Clerk, working with Auro Pharmacies, Inc., doing business as Auro Wellness ("Auro Wellness," or, "Company"), is passionate about Customer Service. They are self-motivated, forward thinking, quick on their feet, with outstanding attention to detail.  They will be able to successfully plan, manage their time, and optimize productivity.  This includes, but is not limited to, and may slightly change based upon location, being responsible for properly, accurately and safely packaging, labeling, mailing, and tracking sterile manufacturing products, prescriptions, and cosmetic products within established timelines, which allows the Central Drugs Team to continually ensure one-hundred percent (100%) Customer satisfaction and achieve financial growth.

What You Need To Have-

• Current California Driver's License and reliable transportation with proper insurance
• High School diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Understands and embraces what it takes to continuously maintain one-hundred percent (100%) Customer satisfaction
• Six (6) months' shipping experience minimum 
• Ensures one-hundred percent (100%) on-time delivery and Customer satisfaction by accurately shipping the first time (i.e., no returns) and by the agreed upon date
• Consistently demonstrates working knowledge of current shipping regulations and procedures with Vendors Partners, such as, but not limited to,  Federal Express (FedEx),United Parcel Service (UPS), and United States Postal Service (USPS);
• Oversees and/or performs shipping duties in strict adherence to all company guidelines, local, state and federal rules and regulations;
• Successfully inputs, maintains, and updates Customer and tracking information;
• Responds timely and appropriately to inquiries from external Suppliers, Vendors, and similar as well as fellow Team Members;
• Ensures that Company materials are safely and efficiently loaded and moved between Company locations as well as offsite storage facilities;
• Responsible for consistently maintaining a clean work area, assisting with keeping Company locations clean in areas, such as, but not limited to, daily sweeping, moping, dusting, emptying trash cans, outdoor perimeter cleaning,
• Proven and successful time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated above average ethics, integrity, and honesty
• Aptitude and willingness for continuous learning, team building, and business development
• Initiative to proactively and continuously look for ways to help the Company run at peak efficiency
