Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

    • Engage with wholesalers to understand their needs and recommend tailored product solutions, including Glutaryl™ and other wellness offerings.

    • Drive sales through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and building long-term customer relationships.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Trade Show Coordination and Attendance:

    • Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows, including booking venues, shipping materials, and scheduling team travel.

    • Represent Auro Wellness at trade shows, delivering compelling product demonstrations and engaging with prospective customers in both healthcare and beauty care industries.

    • Collect and organize leads from events, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship building.

  • Client Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

    • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.

    • Provide in-depth product knowledge, empowering customers to make informed decisions about our beauty care and wellness products.

    • Develop relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Phone and Online Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve product or order-related issues, providing clear and actionable solutions.

  • Order Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

    • Assist customers with order placements, updates, and tracking.

    • Address shipping or delivery issues, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotions for beauty and wellness audiences.

    • Participate in strategy meetings to improve customer engagement and drive growth.

    • Share insights from customer interactions to inform product development and service enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in customer service or sales, ideally within the health, wellness, or beauty care sectors. Experience in trade show coordination is a plus.

  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty care and healthcare products is highly desirable.

  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events, including overnight stays when necessary.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and CRM software.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

  • Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and demonstrates flexibility to meet changing needs.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Availability to travel for trade shows and events as needed

Compensation:

  • Starting at $70,000 - $90,000 including base and commission

  • Expected hours: Full-Time

  • Possible Bonus Package
